NH3 Scrubber for Ammonia
and VOC removal
A full horizontal backflow scrubber plant, which will reduce emissions and odour loadings to below legal limits, in accordance with government legislation.
The counterflow washer consists of a horizontal rectangular casing made of AISI 316L that, seen in the direction of flow, consists of three wash sections in line, into which a solution of sulphuric acid and sodium hypochlorite is sprayed, followed by caustic soda and finally neutral wash water. The three stages are structurally identical. Each section is equipped with several consecutive spray arms with non-clogging nozzles that produce a long jet.
