Custom Scrubber System with Remote Support for Optimal Performance
Scrubber installation
The designing, fabrication and supply of a custom-made open spray scrubber system that is specially configured for hot flue gas cleaning from an incinerator installation.
The scrubber system is a vertical 3-stage system which configured with a quench for the adiabatic cooling process of the gas, an alkali stage for the neutralization of the HF and at last a neutral spray section.
The dust particles are absorbed throughout all the stages in the scrubber.
Advanced Components for Efficient Scrubbing
The system is equipped with a control cabinet with a Siemens PLC, KSB pumps, Endress+Hauser instrumentation, chemical dosing system and a 15 m chimney and a disc separator (clarifier) to recycle the spraying liquid.
Remote Support for Hassle-Free Maintenance
For customers benefits Ravebo provided the system with a remote support which means that Ravebo monitors the installation remotely for external support and optimization of the scrubber
Cloud-Based Data Storage for Enhanced Reliability
All relevant scrubber data and measurement data from the CEMS will be continuously stored in a cloud-based system to prevent data loss in case of a hardware failure.
